Sandy helped us sell our condo in Clearwater area, which was a very tough market. She was very familiar with the area and helped us list for a reasonable price and it sold in 8 weeks (it took 6 weeks for the first showing). Sandy did great at negotiating with the seller's agent to get us a price we believed was very fair. Sandy also guided us through the purchase of a brand-new builder home in Ocala, FL, which she was not too familiar with the area but we had already chosen the neighborhood; she just helped us with the logistics/timing of the closing on the condo and closing of the new home. She explained all the paperwork and what needed signed between both transactions, which was very confusing to us. Sandy is a hard worker and will be there for you at every step.Thank you, Sandy, for all you did for us!!
